NON-COMPREHENSIVE AMC

A) The following services will be provided under the AMC:

4 (Four) 3 Dry Service & 1 Chemical Service routine Quarterly services.
Attendance breakdown, if any.
24X7 Call Supports.

B) The Following Spare Parts shall be replaced Chargeable in case of any breakdown during the AMC period:

Compressor Repair & Replace.
Indoor Unit & Outdoor Unit Motor Repair Part control device.
Outdoor Unit Service Value.
Condenser coil, Evaporator cooling coil only repairing.
Other Electrical Parts Of A/C Unit.
P.C.B. Mother Board.
Indoor unit & outdoor unit gas top up, gas leakage & repair also.
Air-Drier Filter Replacement.
Blower and V-Belt.

C) Following Spare parts, which are not covered under Annual Maintenance Contract schemes, are as follows:

Plastic Item, Sheet Metal Parts & Accidental Damage
Condenser & Evaporator Coils
Remote Control, Air Filter
Voltage Stabilizer and Scanners
Electronic Parts & Circuit Breaker
Condenser Fan blade
