3 year old AC in my bedroom stopped working because I was away from Mumbai for the past two months. I called up this company because of a Google listing, the person attending the call was superbly responsive and the engineer visited my place within the hour. The engineer was courteous, knowledgeable and answered to all my queries related to the fault in my AC. He advised me do not go for certain things and save money because the AC was old and may not last very long. He told me that he will fix the AC but it might take a Day because there was some fault in the PCB diagnosed. The next day around early afternoon I again get a call from the engineer saying that the PCB is repaired and he wants to come and install it. I called him at a time convenient for me. The engineer came with the Thank you So Much repaired PCB, installed it in my AC, checked for its proper functionality and left.
